Address Book – Withholding Code Requirement in Mexican Localization

Hi Community,

We are currently upgrading from JD Edwards 9.0 to 9.2 release 26. Could you confirm if it is possible to create an Address Book record without filling out the withholding codes, as was allowed in version 9.0 within the application (P76M006)?
