Data Masking through Data Masking Template (Doc ID 2670270.1)

We have a customer who is interesting in masking their EBS development environments through the Data Masking EBS template (Doc ID 2670270.1); however, they have multiple regions operating in different countries, as is, USA, Canada, and India. Will this be an issue when scanning for sensitive data? For example, Canada uses a different standard for national ID whereas in the USA is defined, as Social Security Number
