How to default a Role to User during ORACLE EBS UMX User Registration Process

Hi All

We are in the process of using ORACLE EBS UMX User Registration Process

Is there a standard functionality where as part of the Registration Process, we can assign Default Responsibility to the users like OTL Serlf Service Time.

Any help on this
