The New My Oracle Support Portal: Overview, Known Issues, Tips and Tricks

The PeopleSoft Support team and MOS Development team recently came together to present an Advisor Webcast "Working with the New My Oracle Support Portal". Although some questions discussed were PeopleSoft-specific, the topics and hints relate to all new users of the portal.

  • The session started with an overview of the portal, then went over tips and tricks for searching effectiveness, managing and monitoring your SRs, and more.
  • Next was a discussion of current Known Issues and a sneak preview of some changes that will be coming soon to help improve your experience.
