Can you have a non PS employee have access EE records and act as the manager for a PS employee?
It is possible for a non PeopleSoft employee have access to employee records in PeopleSoft as if they were their assigned manager in PeopleSoft Job Data?
We are potentially merging 2 companies that currently operate on different HCM systems. Until we are able to combine both companies into one system, there is the potential that employees currently in PeopleSoft may report to managers that are in the other system.
We are wondering if it is possible for a non PeopleSoft employee to have the same access to employee records (timesheets, performance reviews, employee personal records etc.) as a manager in PeopleSoft would have.
