HPCM 11.2.24 Source Target Tagging

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

I have a requirement to allocate data from one set of cost centers to another set of cost center with the relationship being 1:1 (data from CC1 to CC10, CC2 to CC20, CC3 to CC30 and so on, I know I can create multiple rules with explicit source & target defined. Is there a more intelligent way to define the pair mapping so that I can create only one rule and HPCM will dynamically know how I want the allocation to execute. The drivers are loaded to the target cost centers.
