HCM --> Fluid Team Snapshot Tile/Career Snapshot Tile Issue

in Human Resources and ELM - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We assigned following roles to user: (PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, Image 53, 8.61.17)

Talent Summary Employee Fluid role

Talent Summary Manager Fluid role

Talent Summary Administrator Fluid role

Team Self Service role

eProfile Employee Fluid role

eProfile Manager Fluid role

Manager role

Using Configure Snapshot fluid tile, configured Performance related items. For some reason, when user tries to access "Career Snapshot —> Performance History" tile or "Team Snapshot —> Performance History", we keep getting "Please contact your system administrator to configure this view"..Is there a process that also needs to be run besides assigning roles and configuration?
