Bundle patch upgrade - 19.27 to 19.29 || Failure while executing DB Home Patching

Ours is ODA X11-S & non-RAC / Single Instance database. Running Oracle 8.
We recently moved to X11 from X8-2S. This is the first Bundle Patch we have performed on the new box.

We performed bundle patch upgrade from 19.27 to 19.29 and we encountered a Failure while executing DB Home Patching related to Upgrade pwfile to 12.2 for both databases. However, databases were upgraded to 19.29.

First, DB Home Patching to 19.29.0.0.0 Failure
Message: DCS-10001:Internal error encountered: Password file not found for single instance db at /u01/app/odaorahome/oracle/product/19.0.0.0/dbhome_2/dbs/orapwDB1
Upgrade pwfile to 12.2 February 20, 2026 12:17:30 CST February 20, 2026 12:17:32 CST Failure

Second, DB Patching to 19.29.0.0 Failure
