We applied tax update 26-A and Patch 38824301. User states we are missing two Oregon withhold tax updates. Is there a separate patch for these?

O3 – OR-Multnomah Co Withhold Tax: A new table entry effective-dated 1/1/2026 includes Multnomah County withholding tax changes effective for wages paid on or after 01 January 2026.
O4 – OR-Portland Metro Withhold Tax: A new table entry effective-dated 1/1/2026 includes Portland Metro withholding tax changes effective for wages paid on or after 01 January 2026.
