Patch Installation Mismatch

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi Team,

While doing upgrade from 24.10 to 25.12 , we saw that "Is Siebel enterprise configured with oracle database" popup is not visible . And subsequently , patch is not upgraded successfully .

While investing according to "Popup "Is Siebel Enterprise Configured With Oracle Database" Missing While Applying 25.2 Patch on Siebel 24.8 in GUI Mode -KB684883 "

we have checked and found the "siebelserver_app001.resp" is present under "siebel" directory , though the popup is not coming .

Kindly check if there is any other issue is related with it?
