SBC doesn't change Contact header in 491 Request pending reply

Hello,

we have SBC Acme Packet 3900 SCZ9.0.0 Patch 7 and ECB that in a very specific scenario don't change Contact header in 491 Request pending message. Destination PBX is sending reINVITE and it receives Request Pending because originator of the call (MS Teams) is also sending reINVITE.
