Revert Back to previous state of retired assets

Database 19c (19.26.0.0.0)

I need to revert back (before retirement) state of retired assets. Should I use FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.undo_retirement or

FA_RETIREMENT_PUB.do_reinstatement api ? Also please anyone could share support note for sample script. I used both apis but got unsucessful api status with no error details msg.
