Component drilling url adding % on fix search fields

Hello,
I'm currently experiencing an issue with component drilling URLs in PeopleSoft Query.
When I add a fixed value as a search field, PeopleSoft automatically adds a "%" character around it, which results in the inability to access the page. It gets stuck on the search page. It seems that this is happening only on new drilling URLs or edited ones. All existing drilling URLs are still working correctly.
Has anyone experienced the same issue and could provide any explanation for this behavior, please?
