Regarding : 38824301 38824253 - US Tax & Garnishment Table Changes - Tax Update 26A

Hello All,

We are in Peoplesoft HCM 9.2, PUM_53_TAXCD and Ptools: 8.58

We typically apply PUM updates once a year along with the TAXYY_C_D tax updates. For example, we applied PUM 53 with TAX25_CD along with other patches. However, Oracle has delivered the two updates mentioned above in PUM 54.

Are these garnishment‑related updates required for our environment? If we do not apply them now and instead wait until year‑end, would that cause any compliance issues?

Do we need to apply the full PUM 54 image as a prerequisite for these two patches, or can these updates be applied separately without installing PUM 54?
