Does Requisition Loader (PO_REQLOAD) now allow for multiple distribution lines from external sources?

In Oracle Communities question, Requisition Loader Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ) (Doc ID 1087753.1), in 2018 there was no structure for multiple distribution lines and they were therefore not allowed.
