Migrate the concurrent processing from one to another in multi-nod EBS 12.2 for Linux patching

Environment:

EBS :12.2.4 with ATG_PF - Delta 7, AD/TXK 15

appsTier - 3 node Linux

DB 19c 2 node RAC Linux

Would like to take one apps node at a time for Linux patching by migrating the ICM and other managers to an alternative node. Once the appstier is done, may be take DB node at a time!

This is an expectation of Zero downtime patching.

Any setup and process steps is highly appreciated.
