JDE transportation- Shipment detail rate not found error

Hi,

We have added new carrier zones and add them to existing rate schedule. Shipment ended with rate error. So, removed the changes done. But now, shipments are still in error. Do we need run any process to clear the rate error on the shipments so that they can moved progressed to next status by R49500?
