Oracle WebCenter Content 12c REST API Returning 404 – How to Enable?

in Oracle WebCenter Content (MOSC) Question

I’m trying to use the REST API with Oracle WebCenter Content 12c. I have OWSM installed and the wsm-pm service running, but accessing the REST API documentation returns a 404 - No Path Found.

Questions:

  1. Does WebCenter Content 12c fully support all REST API features?
  2. Is there a Postman collection for the REST API like there is for SOAP?
  3. What steps are needed to enable or configure REST API access? I don’t see wcc-rest installed on the server.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
