CPIC Fast Track BY28 - Release 1

Attached is the rollover package for BY28. I recommend that you first manually update the function for the category "CPIC: Budget Year" to reference "2028" prior to importing the package, but this is not a requirement.
As of this writing, no instructions or schemas have been received from the IT Collect team for BY27 or BY28. My understanding is that you will continue to submit to the OMB MAX site as instructed but unless and until we receive formal instructions on what a CPIC submission will look like moving forward, the FastTrack configuration will remain as it was for BY26 with appropriate rollover updates.
