Employee Recognition for employees with multiple jobs

Hello,

When adding new recognition as an employee, across my organization, with no custom groups setup, should I be able to see all of the active jobs for employees? I can't seem to find any information in PeopleBooks regarding this.

We are on PT 8.60.13 and PUM 47
