Brazil locatization witholding tax

Using view CLL_F255_AP_TAXES_WITHHELD_V to get withholding tax but checked there are missing information on this view. The missing link inside this view is ap_awt_buckets_all which does not have all witholdings recorded. Has anyone face this issue?
