in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

bug_32898221_apply.sql is missing in CPU Patch 38111211 causing post install DB migration failure.

It is expected to be present in October 2025 CPU Patch 38111211 in below mentioned path

p38111211_190000_MSWIN-x86-64\38111211\files\rdbms\admin\backport_files\

Could you please guide me from where and how to download this file "bug_32898221_apply.sql" ?

Note: I added a dummy file with name "bug_32898221_apply.sql" in below path

"C:\oracle\product\19.0.0\db_1\rdbms\admin\backport_files\" and DB migration completed successfully.
