AGIS Batch submitted for parallel approval

AGIS batch submitted for Approval which are parallel approval and one of the approver approved but remaining should complete in the sytem automatically , but its not completed and yet showing as open worklist in approver queue.

We have replicate the issue in Lower instance and there was no issue over there.

But now, user requested to clear those worklist from user where there was showing as open items for approval.

please suggest me, how to remove those worklist from user worklist items.
