EB Tax creation with Additional Tax

Hi Experts

I have a business required from our one the entity

EB Tax (ie Vat Recoverable) 18% is applicable for some items and vendors during purchse of Goods

In addition SSCL (social Security Charges levy ) is 2.5% for material and vat 18%

Example Material value is 1000

VAT 18% 180

===========================

Total 1180

SSCL 2.5% is for Rs 1180 ie 29.5

Total supplier Inv Value is Rs 1209.5

How to achieve the result in EB Tax Setup

Please guide me any one if know
