Hi

I face this error when trying to upgrade OHS with the latest patch. Do you have any idea to resolv that issue ?

UtilSession failed: Patch 38856415 requires component(s) that are not installed in OracleHome. Or don't have required patch level. These not-installed components are oracle.rdbms.rsf:19.0.0.0.0:patchlevel"
