Application exception errors- UCDT-3581-D, PRMDB-0727-E

Hi, I started getting this exception error when importing an XER file into one of your P6 Databases. It also occurs sometimes when copying a project. Can you help me understand what this is and how can I

fix it? We are on version 24.12 using P6 Professional. There is also another error that appears at the same time. I've attached both of them.
