Unable to Access PO Amendment Line Items as a Data Source in UDR (Company Workspace)

I’m creating a User-Defined Report (UDR) in Company Workspace and need to include Purchase Order Amendment Line Items.
When selecting the data source in the Columns tab, I can see Purchase Order Line Item, but no equivalent data source for PO Amendment Line Items is available. Only PO Lines appear—PO Amendment Lines do not.
Question:
What configuration is required in Primavera Unifier to make PO Amendment Line Items available as a selectable data source in a UDR?
