Aging 4 Buckets Query for Outstanding Balances

Hi, I need a little bit guidance on outstanding receivable balances.

Currently, I'm trying to check Account Receivables Balances on a specific date. So, I'm using the Aging 4 Buckets report for this. I need to verify two things:

1. Whether this report can be used to check "Outstanding Balances" of "As of" GL Date.
2. If answer to question 1 is yes, then I need query for this report as we want to check outstanding balances at a point in time.

Secondly, account details doesn't work for outstanding balances as the balances aren't on "As of" Dates. Like, I wanna first check balance at 30 June 25 and then 31 July 25 so account detail form won't give that but would aging 4 buckets report give me as of balances of specific date since it has a parameter.
