New Bank Created but failing to appear in payroll module
Good Day
We have created a bank account in cash management module which will not be used by the organisation for payments but rather used in payroll for employee eft salary payments. the problem is that the new bank does not appear in the list of values that allows for selection of a bank for employee pay method.
We have create the Bank as well as the branch and bank account including defining that the account will be used for payroll, Receivables and payables.
What could be the problem?
