Enquiry regarding performance-related options for voice latency and dropouts in SBC

Hello.
The SBC is installed on AWS.
In this call architecture, the SBC routes calls to Callbot, and Callbot uses TTS to generate the voice output.
When listening to the TTS output, there is noticeable latency and the audio cuts out.
Upon checking the packets on the SBC, there appears to be no packet loss.
I am therefore wondering if there are any settings within the SBC configuration that could be affecting this voice quality.
If anyone has experienced this issue, I would be very grateful if you could share your experience.
