Setup of Oracle client for PKI authentication

19c Oracle client

Hello - I'm preparing to setup an Oracle client used by an application to connect and authenticate to a remote database that is switching from username/pswd to PKI/certificate. After setting up the wallet on the client side and request and import the cert into the client wallet, is it the same cert that I need to send to the DBA at the remote site?
