Schedule volume SCVL is not calculating, is zero in shipment - P4915

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hello Team,
I am having an issue with the Schedule Volume (SCVL). Sometimes it is set to zero and does not calculate. I do not know how to fix this.

We have a purchase order (type PO) that will be shipped based on the transportation constant (P49002). The conversion from P41002, SF to LB is correct, but I have no idea where the conversion M3 comes from.

Shipment Detail - P4915

Can someone help, the undertand, the Extended Volume (ITVL), how is calculated In the Oder Detail P4310.
