Can we add more segment on the existing Locator Flexfield ?

Hi,

We have the existing locator flexfield with 1 segment and segment19 and segment20 for PJM.

We'd like to add 2 more segments to the existing locator.

What would be the impact and whether this is feasible if we set the additional 2 segments as mandatory vs optional

  • impact on existing inventory data (with the additional segments enabled)
  • impact on existing oracle reports
  • impact on other modules (financials, PO, INV, WIP and MRP)
