How to clone a pdb using backupset and using some timestamp

Hello experts,

I am trying to achieve below requirement.Please share your experience how to do that.

I have level 0 backup of a cdb which has multiple pdb.How do I clone only one specfic pdb using backupset and using some timestamp?

I know active pdb clone is possible but I want backup based duplication using timestamp.
