Customer Account inactive in R12.2.11
Hi Team,
We would like to clarify the following scenario in detail.
After marking all sites as Inactive, the system allowed me to inactivate the customer account at the form level. However, when I search for the same customer in the Customers screen, the status still appears as Active.
Could you please explain why the customer screen shows the account as Active even after it has been made Inactive?
Additionally, I would appreciate more details on the correct process. If I want to inactivate a customer account, how should this be done? Or is this the expected behavior that even when a customer is marked
