11.2.24 upgrade created two errors, auditReleaseConfig.xml and cas.containers.tadpole

Yesterday we upgraded from 11.2.21 to 11.2.24. Afterwards, we were getting two errors:

When we go to Workspace, we get this error before we attempt login.

URI: https://<our server>/interop/conf/audit/auditReleaseConfig.xml

We are able to login, and everything else appears to open except for Shared Services, which gave us this error.

Description: Invalid or could not find module configuration "cas.containers.tadpole".

This appears to be a common issue, and I read something about changing the struts line in E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\config\config.xml, so we did. I changed this line,

<name>struts#2.5@2.5.33</name>
