OCI Load Balancer service will no longer support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1.

Oracle recommends that, on or before June 15, 2026, you modify any SSL-enabled listeners or backend sets using TLS 1.0 and/or TLS 1.1 to use TLS 1.2 and/or TLS 1.3 using the following instructions:

              Update all TLS-enabled listeners to remove TLS 1.0/1.1 and add TLS 1.2 or later.

              Update all TLS-enabled backend sets to remove TLS 1.0/1.1 and add TLS 1.2 or later””

What impact can we expect after upgrading TLS on the load balancer? Will JDE services need to be restarted after the TLS upgrade at the load balancer level? What dependencies are there related to TLS changes at the load balancer?
