Is there a list of certified and supported version for EBS

My company ran a report from a company that didn't take into account we have EBS and reported server items as being obsolete, like JDK on the server and 10.1.2 version etc.

I now have to prove every one of the exceptions as being valid and supported. Is there a comprehensive list of software versions required by oracle EBS?
