OWSM BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.251230 (patch 38807758) zip file corrupt?

Hi,

Anyone had any success with this patch? I have download it several times now, but each time when I try to open the zip file in windows it says it is invalid. If I copy it to linux and unzip it, it throws no error, but the README.txt contains weird characters, which doesn't fill me with confidence that the other files in it are not corrupt.

This is a pre-req for applying the mitigation patch for CVE-2026-21992, so it's pretty important.
