How to report 2 or More Races for Calif. Pay Data Reporting

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

I'm wondering if I can get guidance from Oracle on how to report 2 or more races for the US State Ethnic Origin EIT when the US Ethnic Origin EIT only has the 1 field marked as Y.

In reading the Bug 37560381 - CALIFORNIA PAY DATA CHANGES TO REPORTING, it's stating *Note: If "Hispanic or Latino of any race" is set to "No" and any two of the other fields are set to "Yes", then the employee will be reported under "Multiracial and/or Multiethnic" category.

I have 100+ employees who only have the 2 or More indicator on the US Ethnic EIT. How do I ensure they are reported as Multiracial?
