Update on Disability and Citizenship not picked up by extraction Process

in HCM - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

After updating the Disability or Citizenship information on Person's profile they do not get picked by the HCM Extracts (PI Person)

when i have selected the 'Changed and marked attributes with previous values'
