Cannot connect to PeopleSoft FSPUM55 in OCI using PTF Client

Configured PTF in FSPUM55 environment that we have deployed in OCI
Perform the installation and verify each step per peopletoosl instructions.

1.Verify Integration Broker: Ensure the gateway is pingable and active.
2. Check Local Node: Go to the local node definition in PIA and ensure it can be pinged successfully.
3 Anonymous User Role: The user defined on the anonymous node must have a PTF role (Administrator, Editor, or User) attached to their security profile.
4.Activate 'PTTS config no SSL' (if no certificates): For non-production environments without certificates, activate the PTTS config no SSL service operation definition in Integration Broker service operations.
