How Peoplesoft Expense AE EX_PMT_NOTIFY send email by CI? Where to customize the email contents?

We want to customize the employee notification email contents in Peoplesoft Expenses, but can't find how the email is generated. Would someone shed some light on this, that is, where is the email contents ?
