Instant Client for Linux aarch64 permanent links broken

Not sure the best way to report this, so I'm putting it here. Please direct me elsewhere if needed…

On the Instant Client download page for Linux for Arm aarch64 - https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/instant-client/linux-arm-aarch64-downloads.html - at the end of the text info at the top, there's a line with "Permanent links to the latest packages are:" and several links for various downloads. None of them work; they all lead to a 404 page. The version-specific links later in the page seem to work OK but I'm assembling a build script and need permalinks.

The corresponding links on the Linux x86-64 page appear to work fine. (I haven't checked any other platforms).
