Usage of Maps for PeopleSoft Expenses module

In PeopleSoft Expenses module - when we enter start location and end locatins - expense module uses maps and computes distance and shows route.

I have a couple of questons on this:

  1. Is PeopleSoft using Oracle Maps or Google Maps
  2. Is there a separate license/cost needed for the usage of this map feature.
