Oracle r12 EBS: Where do I find a bank account that exists but is not showing in Banking Details?

We had a supplier change their ACH information recently. When we end dated the old banking details and tried to create a new one, Oracle repopulated the old banking information as if it were a new bank account. We end dated that and it allowed us. When we clicked "create" for the new banking details, Oracle auto-populated the old banking information and gave us this error ORACLE.JBO.TOO MANY OBJECTS EXCEPTIONS:JBO-25013:TOO MANY OBJECTS MATCH THE PRIMARY KEY ORACLE.JBO KEY[1]. We closed fully out of Oracle and cleared the cookies/cache in the web browser before going back
