Vertex latest qfpt.dat file needs newer version of vertex libraries. Newer pyvendor.zip needed.

Hi,
Vertex Inc. has released their latest qfpt.dat file for Red Hat Linux 7.9 (PTQ_ORA_Redhat79_ISAM_32-0326.zip ) and that gives an error when I run Quantum Data update concurrent program. The error shows that the latest qfpt.dat file needs newer Vertex libraries.
Does this mean we will need newer version of pyvendor.zip (especially with newer REDHAT79_32.zip file included in it)?
