The Order Sheets functionality was introduced in PeopleSoft FSCM Image 39. At that time, the portal object EP_SC_SP_ORDER_SHEET_PROCESSES was delivered with the Public checkbox selected under Content Reference Security, making it visible to all users by default.

This behavior persists in Image 47. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is it expected to carry forward into future images?

Environment:
PeopleTools 8.60 / PUM Image 47
