How to display on the timesheet the reported time, coming from AM, instead of the scheduled hours?

• 1. We have employees who are on a 24-hour schedule.

2. We have absence entitlements that are earned in days.

3. The 24-hour employees earn these absence entitlements in 8-hour increments.

4. Their hours (reg, ovt, abs) come in through an interface.In Absence Management, the absence take displays the correct hours taken.

5. The issue we are encountering is when they take these absence types, the hours displayed on the timesheet are their scheduled work hours and not the reported time. It is causing an issue when calculating overtime. However, payable time shows the correct hours, which are 8.

6. How can we have the timesheet show reported time?
