Recommended Framework Patches Not Updated With Patches 38187900, 36658636

Good day,

I applied the EBS iProcurement Item Analyzer 200.34 and checked the Warning Signatures. Under Recommended Framework Patches, there were a number of missing patches, so I applied patches 38187900 (ORACLE APPLICATION FRAMEWORK (FWK) RELEASE 12.2.10 BUNDLE 22) and 36658636 (NEW ICON FOR ETRM PROJECT).

I reran EBS iProcurement Item Analyzer 200.34 and checked Recommended Framework Patches once more. The Framework 12.2.10 (C.9) bundles from 2 to 21 were now applied, but the two patches for Image Patch for 12.2.10 Post Consolidated Patch Product Oracle Application Framework (32223114 and 33659063) were not updated.

I applied EBS iProcurement Item Analyzer 200.35, but patches 38187900 and 36658636 do not appear on the list. Patches 32223114 and 33659063 still show that they were not applied even though they appears in ad_bugs.
